Hello from NY

 Hi all my Floridian friends!

Well, I am going to Florida in August for a wedding in Melbourne Beach, but want to go to the west coast prior for a few days.  What is the nicest beach city you've been to?  I've already seen Clearwater Beach, Captiva Island, Fort Meyers Beach, Naples and St. Petersburgh Beach.  I would like to check out a new beach location, what can you recommend?

Well you can not miss the famous Venice beach.  famous because of all the sharks teeth you can find there....

North of Clearwater in Dunedin is Honey Moon Island - Voted one of the best beaches in the wotld.
In Tarpon Springs (the sponge docks) is Fred Howard Park Beach.
Then further North is Hudson Beach , if you keep going there's Hernando Beach.
Then Cooglers Beach just West of Weeki Wachee Springs, where the Mermaids live!

How about Coquina beach near Bradenton. Or Bradenton Beach. and Lido beach in Sarasota.
